Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Liftoff Cash (“Liftoff,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Liftoff provides

Liftoff is a planning tool that organizes information you provide into cash-flow schedules, workbook previews, and downloadable workbooks. It may recommend when funds could be allocated based on your inputs and preferences.

Not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice

Liftoff provides informational planning output only. It is not a bank, financial institution, financial adviser, accountant, attorney, credit counselor, or payment processor. Liftoff does not guarantee that a plan is appropriate for your circumstances and does not initiate or confirm payments or transfers.

You are responsible for reviewing all amounts, dates, balances, assumptions, and recommendations; confirming available funds; and making financial decisions. Seek qualified professional advice when needed.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your information and permission to process it

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Liftoff a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that information only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to provide features you request. You represent that you have the right to provide the information you submit.

Google services

Google Sign-In and Google Sheets export are optional integrations governed by Google’s applicable terms and policies in addition to these Terms. When you request an export, you authorize Liftoff to send the selected workbook to your Google account. Availability of Google features may depend on Google’s services and your permissions.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, evade security or access controls, introduce malicious code, use it to violate law or another person’s rights, or use automated means that place an unreasonable burden on the service. You may not falsely represent that Liftoff has approved or executed a financial transaction.

Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We aim to preserve saved plans and provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Beta or testing features may change more frequently.

Termination

You may stop using Liftoff at any time and may request account deletion by contacting [email protected]. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, address unlawful or abusive activity, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export information.

Intellectual property

Liftoff and its software, design, branding, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service. You may use workbooks generated from your information for your personal or internal household purposes.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy of output derived from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misunderstood inputs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liftoff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, missed payments, overdrafts, late fees, or financial decisions arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. Material changes may receive additional notice. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
